The South East Queensland Appaloosa club was established with Appaloosa enthusiasts in mind.

The Club was founded by Rob Beattie in 2002.

The SEQAC is an affiliated club running out of the BEC (Burpengary Equestrian Center) on Rowley Rd Burpengary 4505. We conduct our shows under current AQHA and/or HSAA rules.

Our Main aim is to promote the Appaloosa as a versatile horse in every aspect. We host a number of shows throughout the year with credentialed visiting judges, to provide a high level of competitiveness amongst our seasoned showing members

We also wish to encourage new riders to the western industry by holding clinics & training days on a regular basis which are open to all breeds & levels of riding. We endeavor to run all our events with a friendly, helpful and caring environment in mind.

We believe in the longevity and versatility of our Appaloosa's, and try to design our show programs to highlight and complement this amazing breed.  One of only two Appaloosa Associations in Qld.

By becoming a member you support our club and the showing and promoting of one of the

oldest horse breeds.
You also receive
* Receive a ticket in to the win a 2016 saddle draw
* Discounted clinic fees
Our shows cater to most western breeds.
All of our "A" shows have
* All breeds halter section for any registered association eg Sportaloosa, Amqha, Miniatures, Pintos ect

* Beginner classes
